2. Appointments and Orders

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.

• Custom orders are non-refundable once design approval is confirmed.

• All made-to-measure garments are final sale unless otherwise stated under Australian Consumer Law.

• All prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise noted.

• We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and other secure online payment methods.

• Full payment may be required for custom work before commencement.
